Charles Spradlin - The Exousia Foundation - The China Foundation and The Facts About Them

I have had dealings with Mr. Robert E. Palm for over 4 years and I have known Mr. Charles A. Spradlin, Sr. for about the same number of years now. During that time there were many meetings and at no time have I ever seen any self serving intent.

At all meetings both men have shown to be honorable persons of integrity. Mr. Palm has always shown a keen interest in helping his fellow man, all mankind in general, and the same is true for Mr. Charles Spradlin.
